Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Information provided when booking a conversation or coaching session.


• Purchase, payment-status and transaction information. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.


• Course enrolment, participation and progress information.


• Messages, enquiries, feedback, survey responses and support requests.


• Information you choose to share during coaching, community participation or social media interactions.


• Technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and website activity.


• Marketing preferences and records of communications sent to you.

3. How We Collect Information

We may collect personal information directly from you when you:

• Use our website or contact forms.


• Book or attend a conversation or coaching session.


• Purchase, access or participate in a course or digital resource.


• Join or participate in a community, social media page or online group.


• Subscribe to communications or respond to a survey.


• Contact us by email or through another communication channel.

We may also receive limited information from service providers used to operate our website, process payments, manage bookings, deliver courses, host video meetings or administer communities.

5. Coaching, Communities and Social Media

Information shared privately during coaching will be treated respectfully and confidentially. It may be disclosed where you authorise us to do so, where disclosure is required by law, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to address a serious threat to someone’s health or safety.

Community groups and social media spaces may be visible to other members or to the public. You should not post information that you do not want others to see. We cannot control how another participant may use information that you choose to share publicly or within a group.

Please avoid sharing another person’s private information unless you have their permission or another lawful reason to do so.

6. When Information May Be Shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share personal information where reasonably necessary with:

• Providers that support website hosting, course delivery, scheduling, video conferencing, email, community management, analytics and payment processing.


• Professional advisers such as accountants, legal advisers or technology specialists.


• Government, regulatory, law-enforcement or dispute-resolution bodies where disclosure is required or permitted by law.


• Another party where you have authorised the disclosure.

Service providers are given only the information reasonably required for their role.

7. Overseas Service Providers

Some service providers we use may store or process personal information outside New Zealand. These may include providers supporting Mastermind, Google, Zoom, Skool, email, analytics and payment services.

Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we will take reasonable steps required by the Privacy Act 2020 to ensure it is protected appropriately. Privacy protections in another country may differ from those in New Zealand.

8. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website use, improve performance and support security.

Some cookies are necessary for the website to function. Other cookies may support analytics or marketing. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect some website features.

Third-party services may also set cookies according to their own privacy policies.

9. Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a privacy breach occurs, we will assess it and notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner where required by law.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable.

10. Accessing or Correcting Your Information

You may ask for access to personal information we hold about you and request correction if you believe it is inaccurate or incomplete.

You may also ask us to delete information that is no longer required, subject to any legal or legitimate business reason requiring us to retain it.

We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days, as required by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, unless a lawful extension applies.

If an extension is necessary, we will explain the reason and the new timeframe.

Overseas customers may also have the right to contact the privacy or data-protection authority in their location.

12. Talking About Children and Protecting Their Privacy

Our paid services, private communities and social media content are intended for adults aged 18 years or older.

We understand that parents and caregivers may need to talk about their children when explaining what they are facing. You are welcome to do that. We simply ask that you protect the child’s privacy and share only what is reasonably necessary.

In private coaching, you may use a pseudonym or initial and generalise details that are not important to the discussion. There is no need to change information that genuinely matters to understanding the situation.

In communities, group discussions and social media spaces, please take greater care. Do not share a child’s real name, photograph, address, school, contact details, exact location, legal case number, medical records or a combination of details that could reasonably identify them.

We will not intentionally request or retain identifying information about a child unless it is reasonably necessary for a lawful purpose. If there is a genuine concern about a child’s immediate safety or wellbeing, information may be handled or disclosed where permitted or required by law.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, business practices or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on this page with the date of the latest update. Where a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will take reasonable steps to provide appropriate notice.
